Ingredients:
2 ups whole wheat flour
1 cup rice flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons powdered cardamom
¾ cup cashews (lightly toasted)
Preparation:
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard, cumin, urad and chana dal. Fry dals till brown.
Add curry leaves, green chillies, tomatoes, salt & turmeric. Stir till oil separates.
Add chilli powder and cucumber pieces and fry for 2 minutes.
Cover the pan and cook on a low flame till tender.
Add water, if necessary. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve with rice or roti.
