Ingredients: 
                                            3 tablespoons jaggery, grated 
											   2 cups water 
											   1 teaspoon tamarind pulp 
                                               2 tablespoons green unripe mango peeled and cubed 
                                               3 sprigs neem leaves with flowers or only flowers 
                                               1 pinch salt 
                                               1 pinch pepper powder 
                                               10 cashews chopped 
                                               2 tablespoons raisins 
                                              
                                            
                                            Preparation: 
                                            Add jaggery to 1 cup of water, stir till it melts off. Filter it through a coffee strainer in to another bowl. 
                                            Add tamarind pulp and rest of the ingredients. Mix well. 
                                            
                                            Serve as a side dish.
